Rarely do I watch a film without an obsessive eye on its locations, especially if they involve interesting interiors. I've gone to see films solely because they were filmed in beautiful and/or famous houses, such Brideshead Revisited (kinda trashy as a film) and I Am Love (way too melodramatic IMHO, if not for the gorgeous house!) Some of my absolute favourite movie interiors are Scarface, Orlando, The Cook, the Thief, His Wife and Her Lover and Coco Avant Chanel.
This Month is Bathroom month, however, and so I am reminded of a certain bathroom I have been in lust with since I saw it on the big screen...
1.

Silly of me to feel so passionately about it as in fact, it is the picture of understatement: not a frill to be found, not a fixture too many or too shiny, no superfluous borders, fussy light fixtures or silly gimmicky tiles. It's turn-of-the-century meets timeless elegance perfection, in my opinion, and I really want that basin tub. Can you guess which movie this is from?
Since the female lead in the photo is a dead giveaway and no match for your apt craniums, here are three more movie bathrooms for your trivia pleasure! I've given you some hints for each photo, so let's hear your guesses from 1 to 4.
2.

Hint: This movie stars Meryl Streep and a certain rumoured belligerent male actor who has recently found fame on a hit, American sitcom.
3.

Hint: Look at those hand towels! They're not perfectly aligned! Someone's gonna get it... eek!
4.

Hint: Sure the view from the tub is gorgeous, but the lady of the house much prefers the balcony, with views of an outdoor shower...
