Is It Couch, Sofa or Chesterfield?

Oh come on. Does anyone, Canadian or otherwise, actually say 'chesterfield'?  (No offense, Chesterfield Shop).

It has to be "chesterfield" if you are Canadian.

Amazingly, my family does say chesterfield!  Mind you we are from out east, where quaint expressions are the name of the game...
