Perk time! Because I am part of the illustrious team that makes up HGTV Canada, I am bestowed with such privileges as attending a special screening party of our new show Summer Home, at host Karen Sealy's design studio in Toronto.
Summer Home is a fresh new series that transforms dark, dingy and dated
cottages into relaxing, peaceful retreats. It's kinda like your fave summer movie -- friends, laughs, sunny lake vistas and a picturesque setting -- but with a makeover!
Official air time is Sundays -- beginning June 5th -- at 9pm ET, but you can join the party by following our live blog this Friday, June 3rd, beginning at 11:00 am. We'll be holding the live blog from Karen's studio. You'll have the chance to ask Karen and her design team questions, and maybe even chat with some of the other design bloggers and personalities who'll be in attendance. I myself don't know who's on the guest list, but I'll log on and share as soon as I can!
