Live Blogging Event: Sarah's House, Episode 10: Exterior/Finale

Say it isn't so! Sarah's House fans, we've come to the end of season 3 and boy, did it fly by fast! In tonight's episode, Sarah recaps all the rooms and has a walk through with four real estate agents to find out how much the house is worth. We also find out how much Sarah's vintage vision cost on top of the $500,000 original price tag...and I gotta tell you, that's my burning question for sure.

Description: After seeing how the farm’s exterior has come together, Sarah finally learns how much value her hard work has added to the once modest farmhouse.  A quartet of real estate agents tours the farm room by room, commenting on what they like and what could be improved upon. Will the value exceed the total house purchase price and renovation?

Join the live chat tonight at 9pm to talk with other fans and foes (many of you vocalized your dislike of last week's master bedroom makeover). To join in simply click on "Make a Comment" in the window below (which appears once the episode starts).  You can keep on chatting for an hour after the episode ends and also follow some of the evening's comments on our Twitter @hgtvcanada. If Sarah is ever looking for another cottage to redo we have one by Crystal Beach area. She could have free reign because I love her colour choices and design style.

oh my gosh...the ending today was truly spectacular !!!!...

every room looked absolutely stunning...seemingly even better than the first time around !!!!...

it all came together so naturally and beautifully, everything turned into perfection...i loved all the colour choices, fabrics, furnishings, uniqueness of the various surfaces, wood colours and flooring, etc...each room had its own special appeal...i didn't find any of it overdone at all, although the one realtor said the tub was basically useless with no ledge and the colours in the master bedroom were too bright, closet space wasn't enough, etc...loved sarah's witty responses to some of their comments too !!! ...

knowing now how much organization and detailed, intelligent planning was put into every single inch, it was quite rewarding to see this huge project all come together...imagine sarah and tommys' well deserved pride and sense of accomplishment !!! ...

the outside views with the porch/patios and landscaping, with the orchard trees all trimmed up to perfection, just set the stage for the glorious inside...what a magnificent piece of property, that 50 acres is...

i think the addition fits in quite well too, even without the red brick ("too expensive to match the original brick"), but seeing it as "one home" put it all into perspective ...

all in all, sarah and tommy have done it again !!! ...they're just a fantastic duo...love their refreshing show(s) and wouldn't miss them for the world...even the reruns....

now i can't wait for the next project !!!...and  sarah did say "would she do it all again??...well, sure she will !!! " ...

keep up the great work !!!

dorothy

p.s...has anyone ever seen sarah in  the same outfit more than once??!!!...lol...she's a true beauty, inside and out, and she glows in fashion as much as her housing designs....

I am just speechless after watching all the episodes of Sarah's house season 3.  The decoration was just WOW for all rooms specially the master bedroom and dining room.  Actually, I will try to take some ideas from these 2 rooms for my home.  If you need any volounteer home for doing some decorative experience, please let me know.

I love you TV show and looking forward for your next project.
