Live Blogging Event: Sarah's House, Episode 9: The Master Bedroom

Since a good night's rest is the new "apple" a day to ensure you’re at maximum peak, the keeper of your resting place must be important as well. The Master Bedroom is the start and close of each day and to ensure the space is worthy, Sarah and Tommy go antique shopping to create the perfect sanctuary.

Sarah's House 3, Episode 9: A bold, antique market quilt forms the basis for this bright, wake-me-up space. Sarah and Tommy use it as inspiration for everything from fabric right down to the paint color for resale shop bedside lamps. Simple barn board fitted as wainscoting and a new fireplace help ground this brand new bedroom, making it a true country respite from the urban jungle!

Join us tonight at 9pm for a bedtime story!  To join in the live blog simply click on "Make a Comment" in the window below (which appears once the episode starts).  You can keep on chatting for an hour after the episode ends and also follow some of the eve's comments on our Twitter.  If you prefer to watch in solitude, you can always share your opinion on Alicia's Discuss post tomorrow morning.  (Make sure to check out last week's live chat!)

See you tonight!

Sarah said the sale where she purchased the bed was one of the best of the year. Where was/is it held and when?

oh my i love sarah and all of her designs i think i like this house better than my favourite (house #2)!  i LOVE the old country charm sarah kept/redesigned in this house. the only thing i an not so sure on is the amster bedroom it kind of looked clutered on one side and open on the other i also wasn't fond of all the patterns she chose but i love all of the other rooms esp. family bath and the kitchen.  keep working hard sarah it always pays off.
