Live Blogging Event: Sarah's House Episode 5, The Dining Room

Are we enjoying season 3 of Sarah's House so far? This week Sarah and Tommy create a farm- and family-friendly dining room and I'm looking forward to seeing whether she will continue the butter yellow from the kitchen...guess we'll find out tonight at 9pm ET!

Synopsis: A wide connecting hall bridging the original house and new addition becomes the hub for family dining. Sarah looks to architectural elements and vintage furnishings to create a welcoming space that also acts as a transition from the fresh, country morning palette of the kitchen to the jewel-toned living room. It’s a challenge met by stunning results!

If the dining room & living room is open concept, shouldn't the decor (colours, textures) be the same?

The end credits roll so quickly that I'm unable to catch the suppliers names-would love to know where the dining room sconces were purchased...

I hyperventilate with every episode of Sarah's house.  She is one amazingly talented lady and my dream is to have her decorate my home one day.  How do I enter the contest to make this dream come true.  Couldn't find anywhere in the site to sign up for the makeover?

I love the way Sarah and Tommy work together! I can't wait to watch the next episode! I watched the cottage edition on the weekend and loved it again(I have seen it a few times and could watch it a few more). Sarah is my favorite designer and would love to have her in my house even for 5 minutes,will be entering the contest and crossing my fingers!

This is my dream home, old house and 50 acres!!! Does Sarah keep all these homes or are they up for sale? i love when she sources out old pieces like the bath-tub and the wood door deco in the new dining-room. Now if I could find a store in or near Montreal....

Just love Sarah and Tommy, they work so well as a team - never a boring moment.

My dream - I would love to have them redo my whole house.

It would be nice if she could list all the great places she shops for her finds.

I enjoy working on other people's homes and I get alot of great ideas from watching these shows.   Now to win the contest and get mine done!!!! LOL
