Video Tour: Bryan Baeumler's House, Part 4: The Great Rooms

Bryan Baeumler (left), Adam

Well, actually, I called this final installment of my exhaustive visit at the Baeumler homestead, "The Downstairs, Cat, and Adam."  Because both that cat you've been seeing throughout parts 1 - 3, and Bryan's faithful apprentice Adam, get some face time with the camera.  And it's pretty cute.

So? Now that House of Bryan has concluded, what have you to say?  Having been there -- in every room -- I can honestly say that there is not a thing one to complain about.  The home is obviously impeccably built (energy and water efficient, totally wired for everything, blah, blah, he lost me during much of the tech talk), and aesthetically, it's perfectly contemporary and neutral, so as not to make one sick of it within a few years (they can swap out all that turquoise for the next colour du jour.)  From what I saw of Bryan, Sarah and the kids, and their way of filling the new home with the bustle of family life, they should be very happy there for years to come.

Though I wouldn't be surprised if the Baeumlers' itchy palms get going on their own cottage Xanadu in the near future.... (We'd love that!)

Without further ado, I bring you my final walk-through and exit, via the lovely downstairs.  What's your favourite room?

I am shocked that the designer helping your wife dared to call you a liar ... on tv no less... how dare she... whether you were or were not completely truthful about the guest bathroom tile change or not... how dare she call her boss ... you are paying for her services Im assuming....how dare she call her boss a liar... your doing a great job Bryan and by the way ... your wife should consider the amount of work those little finagly tiles would take.. your already working hard enough on that beautiful home... I do not agree with what Dee so eloquently put in her comment but the house is really great.
