I don't know if I'm ready for you passionate lot. This is my first time joining you in the live blogging this season, and I would just like to ask that you go easy on me...but I know you wont, which is what actually makes this fun!
You may have seen Alicia's and my tour of Rod and Nat's bedroom following Episode 7 last week, and this week we're continuing on the exclusive tour! Tonight's episode is all about finding a tenant for the basement and reno'ing the guest bathroom, and we've got some behind-the-scenes confessionals/updates for you right here on Style Sheet, after the show. Episode 8: Pregnancy and renovations are wearing down Nat’s body, and budget overruns are burdening their wallets. Renting out the completed basement should ease the financial strain but finding a suitable tenant turned out to be a much tougher task than Rod had imagined. With the basement and master suite completed the next logical reno was the 2nd floor bathroom. Melissa had some great design ideas but could she pull it all together? Would they find someone they could trust living in the basement?
