I'm not even going to presume to bore you with a ballad on how Valentine's Day is not for everyone. (It's NOT.) I will say however, that although I am looking forward to my dinner out with hubby and another couple who we usually spend Valentine's with (and not in that way, you cheeky monkeys), I seriously wouldn't mind staying home and watching TV. Honestly. We do the same thing every year, and at this point I feel a bit like a crew of Floridian retirees who meet at the social club every week at 5:30 for the early bird special. (Come to think of it, I should be so lucky if that's what my retirement looks like.)
But what I mean to say, is that my heart is being pulled to the couch because of our Property Virgins Marathon. This Sunday, February 14 -- Valentine's Day -- that feisty, straight-talking Sandra Rinomato will be tearing down and slowly building back up the home-buying zeal of young couples, all day. Actually, I may still be able to catch some of that action because the marathon will run twice; 12pm to 4pm, and again at 5:30pm to 9:30pm, EST. It's just that in the day my kid'll be around, which means fat chance I'll get any couch time at all...
