I admit to being sucked into the lives (professional and otherwise) of Los Angeles and Malibu real estate agents Chad Rogers, Madison Hildebrand and Josh Flagg. If you watch the show, you know how busy these guys are selling million dollar properties, so I was pleasantly surprised when Chad Rogers Tweeted at @hgtvcanada! We Tweeted back, got in touch (such is the power of Twitter) and both he and Madison agreed to answer fan questions. This is why I love the Internet. Below, read some of Chad's answers so far.
