Live Blogging Event Tonight: Holmes Inspection, Episode 11

Hi everyone. I think I really lucked out to be joining you all tonight for Live Blogging Thursday! Tonight's episode of Holmes Inspection, on at 8pm ET/PT, is called A Hole lot of History, and it's Part 1 of 2. I just love a 2-parter, don't you? It always promises a nice cliff hanger and it usually indicative of an episode so jam-packed with excitment that it simply can't be contained in one meager hour!  I hope you'll join me tonight so we can watch as Mike, Damon and the crew investigate Fred and Sara's two-storey historical house in a trendy downtown neighbourhood. They got the "all-clear" from their original home inspection, but Mike's Holmes Inspection unearths a few disastrous holes in the story.  When Damon and the crew arrive to Make it Right, things go horribly wrong instead.

To join me and the community in the chat tonight, simply post your comments in the embedded window below by clicking on "Make a comment" at the top of the dialogue box as we watch. Or, you can log in to your Twitter account and send us a tweet (@hgtvcanada). Looking forward to watching and chatting with you all later!

Advice, tell the young guy on the show to stop trying to sound like and act like Holmes. He needs to find his own identity, show does not need a fakey.

What happens when Mike finds all kinds of problems like mold etc., to the first home inspectors?

At the beginning of last night's show, Mike remarked that it was a good idea when the seller had arranged the home inspection. I would'nt do this myself, because the home inspector is supposed to be representing the interests of the buyer, NOT the seller. The buyer wants to know from the inspector what's wrong with the house, not what's right.
