Black, Green, Oolong, Chai, Roiboos... Orange Pekoe…sound familiar? We all partake in the ritual (many of us daily) at chosen outlets or as a mandatory part of a health regiment that targets specific internal fixes. Tea. It's becoming a niche that dare I say is just as popular as drinking a cup of joe in the morning. With rigorous tea party training as a little girl, I'm no stranger to the careful selection of my trio of cup, saucer and matching plate. While I might not be as particular now, I do enjoy "my cup" — that one cup that defines me.
