Moving Mayhem: Do-It-Yourself Dining Room

It's been a busy two weeks of painting and sawing wood for our revitalized dining room but I am happy to finally have a little video peek for you this week. Once it's all done, I will include instructions on how you too can spend endless hours measuring and cutting bits of wood to create high-impact faux panelling for your home.

I do want to apologize for the shaky camera work. I take these little videos in the morning after a long night of working on this project, so I'm getting a little punch drunk. But, hopefully!, it will all be done this weekend. Our wallpaper has come in so we are putting that up above the plate rail this Saturday and I will have a finished project for your to see next week. Fingers crossed we make it!

What do you think of the painted trim??

Reni! I Love it. Adds so much interest and fits in well with the character of the room. Great idea, looks fantastic.
