Bargain Saturday: Obsessively Seeking Online Deals

Earlier this week the HGTV.ca team was sitting around talking about website stuff (which is what we often do) and the subject of our current decor obsessions came up. Mia gushed about her current love of all things mid-century modern and I admitted to spending about two hours on craigslist last weekend surfing for china cabinets. Fact is, I don't need a china cabinet, but I might, in the future... No harm in looking, right?

Here are a few great deals I found right across the country on craigslist:

Clockwise, from the top: cast iron fireplace accessories in Montreal, antique dairy jugs in Toronto, china cabinet in Calgary and 21-piece fine bone china tea set in Surrey.

Have you ever brought a deal home from the internet?

Comments:

How much do we love craigslist?! Last week I finally found the mid-century Danish teak sideboard that I've been searching for for over a year! I picked it up on Saturday and it now has a new home in my dining room! It's a perfect fit and the price? Too good to share - it would seem like bragging!
