Okay, these drink dispensers were obviously made for more than just lemonade. Ice tea or rum punch would look just as lovely — although I think that floating slices of lemons, oranges or grapefruit really add to the look. No matter your drink of choice, if you plan on entertaining outdoors this summer, a drink dispenser is a great idea.
You can cut back on ugly coolers filled with cans of pop and you can also cut back on the amount of times you need to run in and out of the kitchen to refill drinks or small pitchers.
Splurge (above left): Anthropologie Apothecary Spigot Jar, $314.03
The etched glass, brass sprout and apothecary-inspired details make this dispenser perfect for every affair from a formal garden party to a quiet weekend brunch. Of course at $300, you'll want to use it every chance you get.
Steal (above right): Kitchen Stuff Plus Creativeware Beverage Dispenser, $49
This dispenser has a much more casual look but it's big (holds 11 litres), holds extra ice in the base to keep your lemonade cool and it's definitely a steal at under $50.

Not exactly steals, not exactly splurges, the drink dispensers above from Pottery Barn have more appealing price tags than Anthropologie's and are a bit prettier than the one at Kitchen Stuff Plus (although neither feature the extra ice compartment).
