Makeover: Home To Flip Kitchen

Home To Flip kitchen

If you didn't catch the whole season of Home To Flip with Peter Fallico, you should definitely tune in tonight at 10pm ET/PT for the kitchen episode. Or, watch the full episode online. Peter and his team gut the original outdated kitchen in the house he's fixing up to sell — hopefully for a big profit — and render it totally unrecognizable. The dark wood and contrasting white cabinets and countertops look clean and modern and the breakfast bar and simple dining table with bench seating are perfect for entertaining. (See more photos below.)

Just as the kitchen is the most popular room at a party, Peter knows that it's also the most important for today's savvy home buyers. The plan is to take down the wall between the old kitchen and dining room but the team comes across some surprises that may put a big dent in Peter's budget.

Beautiful kitchen, I like to know what kind of floor was used in the kitchen.  I am looking very hard to find something very nice on a budget, I really like the tiger wood hard wood floor and it look close to what we like.  Much appreciated.  Thank You.

I like the line in this episode were Peter says.."People spend tens of thousands on a kitchen remodel"...ah HELLO??!!! didn't you spend $25,000??!!! That is tens of thousands!!!

However, I do really like it and the stacked uppper cabinets to the ceiling look especially impressive and chic

Peter and crew,

Congratulations on your spectacular kitchen.  Cabinets that came out of a box!!!  They are amazing.  Your talented crew has my husband and I taking notes of ideas we would like to use in our new home on the lake.  Great work and a great show.  Thanks for sharing with all your viewers.

I too am on a budget of about $15-20K, and am knocking out the wall between the kitchen and dining room and adding an island..  I loved Peter and Ulya's kitchen design and think that it would work in my 23 yr. old home as well..  The cabinets that came out of a box intrigued me.. as I don't have a budget for customs.  Can anybody tell me, where they were purchased.. was it a big box store like Ikea, |Home Depot, Lowes or Rona.. We are willling to do some of the work ourselves and think that the cabinets can save us a bit of money.  Thanks in advance for any info that you can part with.. P

I'd also like to know where the cabinets were purchased. I don't see it on the resource list.

I loved the show tonight. What I really want to know is what type of hardwood they used and where I can purchase it.

Is there a resource list of products used in the various rooms?  I really like the lighting in the kitchen and dining area and would like to know where they were purchased.
