Hotel Room Photo Gallery: The Ivy at Verity

Last week, I was invited to take a sneak peek at Toronto's newest boutique hotel, The Ivy at Verity before it opened its doors on February 13th. Verity is something special in the city, a 55,000 square foot private club for women with the full-service sweetgrass spa, fitness centre, yoga studio, business facilities, meeting rooms and private dining by George, one of Toronto's best restaurants. Located in a restored 19th century chocolate factory, it's a beautiful space with exposed brick and gorgeous design by Trianon Interior Design.

Verity founder Mary Aitken was inspired by small boutique hotels of Europe, and opened The Ivy with four luxury rooms. Guests have access to all the club facilities and yes, men are welcome, just not in the spa! Each room has a luxurious $19,000 Hästens bed, made from all-natural materials - it's the only hotel in the world to offer Hästens beds to all guests. Believe me, you'll sleep like you never have before. For reservations, visit theivyatverity.com.

Check out the gorgeous rooms in the photo gallery. Which one is your favourite?

Love the blue room too.  Anyone know where the wallpaper is from?

Even though I am a big fan of wallpaper and the use of texture in fabrics neither of these rooms appeal to me.  I would be curious to know if  the Designers  were of the French Canadian or Italian culture?

mrsben, what makes you believe they are from either of those cultures?
