Thanks to Lisa and  Sabrina's staging and decorating tips that helped us sell two homes last summer.  Do not care for and won't watch your new show The Stagers since it doesn't apply to regular people.  In our new home, we would like to access some help in My Home is Worth What?

I'm going to redo our walk-in closet. It may even be photo-worthy when I'm done!

We need to tackle everything inside of our home. It is hopelessly outdated, my husband and  cannot agree on much. We have a mismash of styles that clash in a bad way. Our design skills are severely lacking.

To make things worse we are very short on space. We have a total of 3, 3 foot closets for 5 people and just one small bathroom. Can you imagine my utter frustration when all five of us try to fit in a small porch 5X6 or a small bathroom.

Our home is layed out in such a way there is a lot of wasted space (about 1600sq feet on two floors), dear hubby don't think so.

I was going to see if Colin and Justin or Sarah (my 2 favorite programs) would help with a badly needed makeover but you have to be in the GTA and we are about as far away as one can get. If they ever decide to venture outside the area and are looking for a challenge we have just the house to test their design skills.
