We love how this month's winner took his boring white walls and transformed them into a very convincing faux concrete. Congrats to Ryan M. for successfully tackling his boring walls!

Here's what Ryan had to say about the transformation: "I wanted to go for a downtown loft feel in my townhome, so the wall was given a concrete wall look with a faux plaster treatment. This was a serious undertaking. To make it concrete wall-looking, we plastered the wall daily over the course of a week, to give it texture and a rough feel/look. We carried this up to the bedroom for authenticity. The surface was then buffed to remove any rough edges and then sealed. We tinted the seal with grey to give it the final polished look and colour of concrete. This prevents any chalking and rub off when people touch it. Floating shelves featuring a friends art and a few collectibles keep the look clean and minimal, while upstairs was kept bare as the wall itself is the art. It’s amazing how many people are impressed with this wall; it’s just drywall but everyone takes a closer look as it appears exactly like concrete."
