Common design knowledge dictates that when a trend rears its head in the fashion world, home decor will soon follow. And, since all of the fashion magazines have been trumpeting a royal hue for the past few seasons, I do believe we’re about to enter into a purple reign, so to speak. This is a good thing. Purple happens to be my favourite colour (feminine without being saccharine; bold without being grandiose) and apparently I’m not alone. There’s even an
