Materials:

• 1 ball each Vickie Howell Collection’s ROCK (40% Soysilk/30% hemp/30% fine wool; 100m/50gr) in colors: Siouxsie (purple) and Billie Joe (green)
• Size US 7 (0.18” (4.5mm)) Needles (or size needed to obtain gauge), tapestry needle, scissors

Directions:

GAUGE
20 sts.= 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette Stitch

ABREVIATIONS
CO= Cast on
K= knit
P= purl
Sts.= stitches

ONE SIZE

1. With Siouxsie (purple), CO 40 sts.
2. Rows 1-2: Knit.
3. Row 3: Join Billie Joe (green) and knit.
4. Row 4: Purl.  (From this point on, carry both colors along the edge)
5. Rows 5-6: Switch to Siouxsie and knit.
6. Repeat rows 3-6 until piece measures 4”.
7. BO.  Weave in ends.  
8. Seam up back.
