Moving Mayhem: One Month in and We're Still Not Unpacked!

Moving Mayhem: Make Your New House Feel Like Home

I thought I was so prepared for our move but now that it's come and gone I can see where things fell apart. What worked: the house was packed in the truck and clean before the new movers arrived. That was my goal so I'm proud of that. But I'm still looking for essential items, such as the phone, so clearly my packing left much to be desired.

My husband and I have a bit of experience moving but we've only done it once with children so I'm preparing like gangbusters for our upcoming move. With our last move our oldest daughter was two and I was pregnant. Now we have three children, which means more stuff but also, in theory at least, more helpers!
