Sarah 101 Video Exclusive: Sarah Richardson Says Relax About Open Concept!

First Tommy spoke, and now Sarah!  Alicia and I descended on a taping of an episode of the long-awaited Sarah 101, and cornered the design duo to get you some answers!

We happened upon an episode involving what I would call a typical condo layout, which created for great opportunity to address issues that so many city dwellers are facing with respect to decorating their boxes in the sky.  In this first part of my chat with Sarah, she kinda surprised me with her anything-goes abandon toward dividing the space...

Totally agree with the open concept idea, in fact just recently we created a custom open concept kitchen in a large mansion. We had to knock out four walls in the process and extensively renovate the floor but the clients were very pleased! Pictures available on our website.
