Restaurant Tour: Glow Fresh Grill and Wine Bar, Toronto

The delicious and healthy menu at Glow Fresh Grill and Wine Bar at Toronto's Shops at Don Mills is the creation of Rose Reisman, caterer, author and health and wellness expert. You may have sampled some of her good-for-you dishes at The Pickle Barrel or seen the magazine she edits, Fit Parent. And the restaurant's dynamic, modern decor follows the natural, vibrant tone of the menu. HGTV.ca's Alicia, foodnetwork.ca's Catherine and I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant, enjoy the food and chat with Rose, owner Peter Higley and designer Gordon Mackay of design firm Mackay Wong.
