Join HGTV.ca for the Live Blogging of Holmes Inspection – Tonight!

A new show means lots to talk about, and a new show with Mike Holmes (and that Damon…), even more so!  Live blogging is something we started on FoodNetwork.ca, with drama-licious shows like Chopped  and Top Chef, and we think that Holmes Inspection is a great fit to kick it off on HGTV.ca.

Part real estate and part renovation, the new show premiered last week and already we’ve gotten some great feedback and comments – everyone can relate.  So let’s chat it up as Mike turns his scourging, righteous eye on home inspections gone wrong.  Tonight’s victims?  Fell for a house with a “gorgeous” kitchen addition FULL of problems, which the home inspector failed to catch...

To join me and the community in the chat tonight, simply post your comments in the embedded window below by clicking on "Make a comment" at the top of the dialogue box as we watch. Or, you can log in to your Twitter account and send us a tweet (@hgtvcanada). Looking forward to seeing you all here!

If the home owners was told from day  1, (not Mike Holmes)" We need to open your house up to Do it Right"  $$$$ Alot of home owners will look for another Cheaper Contractor who will cheap out and with less mess. They do not want to be inconvenience for too long. Then the home owners cry when things go wrong. Is it 100 %  the contractors fault ?  To do a job right , sometimes it cost  more. I am a license Electrician and Plumber. Good trades people are hard to find, if you have to wait then wait.
