Affordable Artwork Find: Ever Wonder where Sarah Richardson Shops?

If you scan the resource lists of most of our Canadian-produced shows like Design Inc., Home to Stay, The Style Dept. and Pure Design, you're likely to notice the following: "artwork by Art Interiors"

Clockwise from the top; "Feathers", Agnieszka Foltyn, $180,  "Red Cap", Kelly Grace, $60,  "Bag of Tricks", Lori Doody, $25, "The Figure", Mel Delija, $80.

The Toronto-based gallery is a long-running favourite of any designer worth their stylish office, not only because it's where they can find a vast range of work by mostly Canadian artists, but also because Art Interiors is one of the first galleries in Canada to have democratized shopping for art.  With a fleet of gracious staff at your side, you can choose from an ever-updating stream of original art ranging between $35 and $5,500.

Better still, their online store ships all over Canada, and allows you the liberty of choosing one of three price ranges: 0 -  $100, $100 - $200 and $200 - $250. Their trusted reputation should put you at ease with regards to shopping for art online, and if you've any concerns, Art Interior's staff will be happy to help.

No offense to framable linens, wallpaper cutouts and enlarged photographs of your dog, but if you could actually own some original art for under or just over a couple of hundred bucks, wouldn't you go for it?  (You should.)

Although I love the art displayed, I'm still a student so my budget is like $0. Here are almost zero dollar ideas: livealindalife.blogspot.com/search?q=wall+art
